This is the only official site for Dawn Lyn.

Hello All,

II have news. I am shutting down this website; but have no fear, this does not mean that I am going away. I am shifting gears, and implementing a better way to communicate with all of you.

I have created a new public Facebook page as Dodie Douglas, so please find and friend me there.

Jay: JAY?! Is that really you? You broke my heart by not returning my affection. LOL Best right back.

Jason: Thank you for writing, and congratulations on your book. I I am flattered that you asked to include me in your next book. I have mede note of your questions and email address, it will be easier to respond that way.

James: Thank you. I have great memories of filming that movie.

Loyce: I was very lucky to work with him, he was wonderful. That scene is the most memorable for me too, I will never forget the shock of that cold water!

Ms. Lyn:
My name is Jason Norman, and I am a college English professor in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and the proud owner of a Master’s Degree in Professional Writing. A lifelong fan of movies and reading, I am bringing my top two interests together by working on my second book.
My first work, Welcome to our Nightmares, a piece on horror, has just been published by McFarland Publishing (http://www.mcfarlandbooks.com/book-2.php?id=978-0-7864-7986-3), and I now am working on a sequel. It will be a profile piece detailing some of the entertainment world’s most well-known performers and their roles. I’d like to help other moviegoers find out how these performers became their characters; what they did before filming started to transform into their roles (on their own and with others), making sure they were ready to be someone else, if for only a short period of time.
I’d like to add your work to my next literary project. Here are the questions I would like to ask:
1. What first made you want to get involved with acting?
2. What made you want to get involved with Devil Times Five? What about the character of Moe made her appealing to you?
3. How did you go about preparing for your role?
4. Were there any lines or scenes that were tough to do, and/or that came off especially well? What was it like, watching the film with all the special effects added?
5. Why did you go for the role as Dwana in Walking Tall? How did you prepare for that role?
6. Why did you decide to reprise the role in the sequels? Did you use different preparation techniques to become Dwana again?
You will be able to see this before it is added to the final project. Please contact me with any other questions or concerns, and I very much look forward to speaking with you!

Sincerely,

Jason Norman

I loved Shootout because of you & Gregory Peck bickering at each other in the beginning and finally ending with you both realizing that you loved each other. My favorite line of yours in the movie was when you called him a "bastard stinkpot" HAHAHA!!!

I've always liked Gregory Peck, so you're lucky for getting to work with him in a movie"!! Thanks for all the laughs I got from that movie:-)
